Send us a photo and we will tell you whether a repair makes sense or whether replacing is better value. We will say so honestly either way, including when the answer earns us less.
Velcro nets lose their grip over time, or pull away at the edges where they are handled most. We re-fix the velcro, replace the strip where it has gone, and put new mesh in where it has torn. In most cases the net you already have goes back on the window the same day.
If the frame is sound and only the mesh has gone, the frame stays exactly as it is and we fit new mesh into it. You can change mesh type at the same time — from fibreglass to stainless steel, for instance, if a pet or a ground-floor window is the reason it tore.
A frame that has bent or come apart at the corners is usually past repairing, and a new net costs less than the labour of straightening it. We will tell you when that is the case rather than charge you for both.

REPAIR WARRANTY TO COME — the owner should say what is covered on a repair, and for how long. Answering this plainly is worth more than leaving it vague.
